Tonight is going to be interesting!! All day the weather has been
changing, getting colder. There was a frost last night and this morning
was very crisp.
Tonight it’s blowing a gale - the rafters of the hostel are rattling, and I think it’s only going to get worse.
Since
Beijing is so dry it’s been a nightmare walking about, the wind has
been whipping up mini dust storms in places - horrible if you get a gust
to the face.
Thank heavens I’ve got earplugs - it’s going I be a wild night.
