Have you ever stood in a queue for a long time wishing that there was someone who could stand there for you - and then just when they get near to the front you can take over?
How much time do you waste in queues? Here in the UK we are known for our queuing, as the saying goes 'an Englishman alone will form an orderly queue of one'.
