A local street artist has set a little challenge across the city; his mini sill stickers have been placed around (about 20 or 30 of them), and the best photo of one of them submitted on Instagram will win a prize.
Strangely enough before he announced this I'd already noticed and photographed one (I may have the only photo of it as later when I passed by it was gone).
